Wednesday Weigh In!




I FINALLY reached the 120s. holllaaaaaaaa!

129.0 :)

11 lbs down!

Last week’s fitness:

50 mins elliptical/treadmill 6 days

25 mins of Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred 4 days last week. I loathe level 2. Really.

I also started the squat challenge that’s circulating Pinterest at the moment.  Love it. 80 squats are due today. Lovely. 

I’m going to attempt to do them at work in between clients coming in and out and answering the phones. That’s right. I’m one of those awkward people who do office workouts. I’ve been caught on the floor doing planks multiple times.  :)

I’m pretty sure I picked the most inconvenient time to start a blog. That’s just what I do. I’m impatient. 

Finals are starting in two weeks and I’m trying to wrap up a lot of my classes.  I won’t be around much (sorry mom). Also, my blog won’t have a pretty design until June.  So, the chances of gaining a follower are slim to none.

I have lots of ideas of what I want to write about, but there just isn’t enough time in my day at the moment. So, I write my ideas down in my pretty notebook I bought last week.


 I'm off to do 80 squats before lunch and study for my math quiz!

Wednesday Weigh In!




 Wednesday Weigh in:     131.8

Wednesday Weigh in was NOT fun this week. I expected alittle weight gain (thanks to my monthly friend). I’m feeling slightlydisappointed today.
I promised myself last week I would be in the 120s by this Wednesday.


I feel like I’ve been working my butt off these past fewmonths and I’m not really seeing results.

I really wanted to be down to approximately 118 for our vacationin June. I’m thinking that’s NOT going to happen. 

It’s HARD every day to order the salad instead of thecheeseburger.

It’s HARD every day to pass on the office cookies, cake, etc.

Completely GIVE UP my beloved morning coffee because I knowI can’t resist putting at least a tablespoon of sugar in my cup. (Hey, at leastI used skim milk- I had to cut calories somewhere ;)

It’s HARD to sacrifice my time with my lovely husband and furbaby to make it to the gym after a full day of work and class.  

But what I KNOW, is that I can’t get up each day and look atmyself in the mirror and be happy.  Iknow, eventually this hard work will pay off. I just have to keep on pushing myself.  

This is another reason why I finally started a blog. I needsomeone to be accountable to someone, anyone. It’s so inspiring to read weightloss blogs everyone morning and seeing girls kick butt every day. I have NOexcuse. There are far busier girls out there than me. 

*side note ifanyone reads this blog besides my mother. I have someone working on a designfor me J. It won’t stay this plain Jane fortoo much longer. I’d attempt to fix it butttttttttttt I have no idea what I’mdoing.

Introductions


I’m pretty sure the only reason I haven’t started my blogyet is because I HATE intros.  That andfiguring out a blog name. Apparently, I’m not too creative.  My horoscope sign is a LIAR!

I mean every time I go to write a post, I think I’m prettysure I’m really boring and no one is going to want to read about me ;) oh… plusmy grammar skills are lacking. I’m working on it!

The truth is. I really love the healthy living community. IWANT to be part of it. I love my real life friends dearly, but they couldcare less about healthy eats and working out. It’s kind of lonely. So, I’mputting myself out there in hopes to make a couple of friends.  I really could care less about having 10,000 followers and sponsors Ok...I lie, who wouldn’t want sponsors?!  Sue me. Really though, I'm just looking to make a fre friends. :-) 

A little background about me
I’m a 25 year old, short curvy girl, who is looking to loseabout 30+ lbs. My starting weight was 140. I’m currently 131. Please do notthink my goal weight is crazy low, I’m 4’11. I should be around 105-110 lbs. 

I’m married to an amazing, supportive man. M and I will bemarried five years this Friday. NO BABIES, yet!!  I want to get pregnant one day. Just at ahealthier weight.

I’m a student and a full time worker as a receptionist at alaw firm.  I’m going to school to be a paralegal.I’m graduating this summer.  Anotherreason I’ve delayed starting a blog. I get crazy busy between work, school, andthe gym. 

I hope my blog doesn’t bore you to tears. Thanks forreading! I’m so excited to finally put myself out there. Hopefully, I can make a few friends.  

Lawd, I sound like a desperate nerd. I really am a nerd though.More on that later. I can’t scare off one of my potential readers (Hi Mom!)
